GROUND FLOOR

• Access to the villa is via a dirt road that crosses the countryside. An automatic gate leads to a large covered parking area for 4 or more cars.
  Upon entering the house, we find the entrance hall and a spacious living room decorated with style, with two living areas, one of them with an elegant Louis XII style fireplace, declared a French cultural treasure, a detail that adds even more historical value to the villa. From the living room, there is access to an open space on the upper floor with a TV room/study.
  The open concept kitchen, fully equipped, has an integrated dining corner and a beautiful traditional Catalan hydraulic mosaic floor.
  The main dining room, with seating for 10 people, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the garden.
  On this floor there is also a guest toilet, located next to the kitchen. Separate laundry area with washing machine, dryer and 2nd fridge.
